By July 12th, Mrs. Moore will need confirmations on attendees to the Battle O'Baltimore which occurs August 8th through 9th. The event will have teams such as 365 MOE, 339 KILROY, 768 Technoworriors, and 1727 REX. Hopefully for the team, it will be a good off-season social/competitive experience.

The team plans to have the drive team depart George Mason at 10:30 A.M., Friday, August 8th, in order to arrive at Baltimore by noon and set-up the pit and to practice some. Practice rounds will be between 5:00 and 8:00 P.M. The following day, August 9th, the rest of the attendees need to leave George Mason in enough time to arrive between 7:30 and 8:00 A.M. The safety check will be at 9:00 and play starts at 9:15. The event should be over with around 5:00 P.M.

Currently there are two rooms reserved for the team; they are being reserved through the Battle O'Baltimore to get a lower rate. Mrs. Moore is leaving on July 13th and will not be back until the 28th. It is imperative that the team reserve any additional rooms by the 13th or the team will be paying more money at a different hotel.
